Inspired by the growing revival of organ meats and animal fats, they set out to make these traditional, nutrient-dense ingredients more approachable and enjoyable. While organ meats can be intense for some palates, bone marrow offers a delicate, golden richness—effortlessly enhancing flavor while delivering a powerhouse of essential nutrients.
